Florists who hold an account with PlentyFlora can log-in to place their orders. Our full range can be ordered once you have logged in. The order summary you will receive by email is not a tax invoice. The tax invoice will be sent with your order. The price on the order summary includes GST. Your freight costs will be specified on your tax invoice.

Direct Sales / Non-Account Holders

Please note, that there are times (winter time) that our production is too low to allow for extra sales and direct online shopping or a part of our product range may only be available to florists that hold an account with us. During such times, availability requests can be made by contacting us. Our full range of gerberas can still be viewed in our photo gallery.
After submitting your order, we will confirm availability by email. In case we are not able to supply specific varieties, we usually can replace with similar colours. Full payment is due before we send your order. We do not have credit card facilities. Bank account details will be provided on confirmation of your order.
Because of the payment process, we ask you to allow at least 2 days when placing your order. If your order is urgent, please contact us to discuss options.

Gerbera delivery in Rotorua: $15 - Rest North Island: $19 - South Island: POA
Postage for a "Flower Power stem cutter" only (no flowers) is $2.50
Freight for florists depends on location and volumes
PlentyFlora use reliable courier companies and orders will always be sent overnight. If your order has not arrived by 2pm, please contact us immediately to allow us enough time to trace your order.

PlentyFlora guarantees freshness and quality of their flowers. Please read our Care Tips in the Information section of our website to make sure you get full enjoyment out of our flowers. Care instructions will also be sent with your order.
Every effort will be made to deliver on the requested date. We rely on courier companies and therefore we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries. We will, however, do everything possible, to solve any problems in case this may occur.
If you are not satisfied, please note that complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If possible, it helps to send us a photo, to allow us to understand the problem.
Cancellations and/or changes of orders must be made not later than 12pm on the day prior to delivery. Cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. We check phone, email and fax messages at lunch time, any messages received after 12pm may not come to our attention on time.
Although every effort has been made to use the best photos available, in some cases the colours shown may be slightly different from reality. PlentyFlora cannot be held liable for any deviation in colour.
The privacy of your customer data and orders are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
